Kendrick stopped by Hot 97 earlier today and spoke with Ebro, Rosenberg, Laura Stylez and Miss Info about the reception of his new album, people prematurely labelling it a classic, Jay Z’s new TIDAL streaming service, gems he got from Prince and much more. Notably, he also speaks on the mythical joint album with J. Cole, saying that it is definitely still on the table.

Jay Z Speaks On Tidal & Changing The Music Industry

Following a campaign across social media and a star-studded press conference on Monday, the Jay Z-lead music streaming service Tidal has officially arrived.

The Swedish tech company, purchased for $56 million by an investor group lead by Jay Z, is owned by a handful of musicians who attended Monday’s media event such as Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Calvin Harris, J. Cole and more. Before the re-launch at New York City’s Skylight at Moynihan Station, Jay Z spoke with Billboard about getting into the streaming business, recruiting those A-list partners, making sure revenue gets to all creatives involved (producers, writers), response from music labels, Jimmy Iovine’s thoughts on his venture, and more.

Action Bronson Announces ‘Mr. Wonderful’ World Tour

Action Bronson’s live shows never fail to entertain. We saw him launch a fan off stage and throw flatscreen TVs into the crowd within the same week earlier this month, which probably sums it up best. You can bank on more of the same this summer as Bam Bam has announced a world tour in support of his new album Mr. Wonderful. With The Alchemist as the special guest, the 45-city trek kicks off with a North American run between April and June, followed by a string of European dates in September and October. A$AP Rocky Reveals the Full Title of His New Album

A$AP Rocky has been playing his cards close to his chest regarding his upcoming album, which up to this point has been referred to as A.L.L.A.. But in a new interview with GQ, Pretty Flacko finally decoded the acronym. Continuing the trend from his previous projects, Rocky revealed that his sophomore album is called At.Long.Last.A$AP.
